Department of Pharmacy is established in year 2018 under Ideal educational society & Ganga Devi trust Which aims to offer diploma programme in Pharmaceutical science .Our programme shape specialist Pharmacists well equipped to pave a way towards progressive health care. It is our earnest effort in creating individuals who will fortify the healthcare system by working alongside health care practitioners.
D. PHARMA IN ALLOPATHY
Curriculum: The curriculum focuses on modern pharmaceutical sciences, including subjects such as pharmacology, pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy, hospital pharmacy, and community pharmacy. Students learn about the preparation, dispensing, and use of allopathic medications.
Regulations: Graduates of D. Pharma in Allopathy programs are typically eligible to work as pharmacy technicians, assistants, or pharmacists in allopathic pharmacies, hospitals, and pharmaceutical industries. They may assist pharmacists in dispensing medications, compounding prescriptions, managing inventory, and providing patient counseling.
Career Opportunities: Graduates can pursue further education such as a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) to become fully licensed pharmacists. They can also work in pharmaceutical research and development, quality control, regulatory affairs, or pursue entrepreneurship in the pharmaceutical sector.
D.PHARMA in ayurved
Curriculum: The curriculum focuses on traditional Ayurvedic pharmacy principles, including subjects such as Ayurvedic pharmacology, Rasashastra, Dravyaguna, Ayurvedic pharmaceutical formulations, and Ayurvedic pharmacy management. Students learn about the preparation, dispensing, and use of Ayurvedic medicines.
Regulations: Graduates of D. Pharma in Ayurveda programs are eligible to work as pharmacy technicians, assistants, or pharmacists in Ayurvedic dispensaries, hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies specializing in Ayurvedic medicines. They may assist Ayurvedic practitioners in preparing formulations, dispensing medications, and managing pharmacy operations.
Career Opportunities: Graduates can further their education in Ayurvedic pharmacy or pursue higher degrees in Ayurvedic medicine, such as Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). They can also work in Ayurvedic pharmaceutical research and development, quality control, regulatory affairs, or establish their own Ayurvedic pharmacy or manufacturing unit.
